Owner / Executive Director / Behavior Analyst

In 2011, Crystal moved to Hawaii from a tiny ski town in Vermont. She has a background in counseling and social work, but switched to working with individuals who have disabilities shortly after receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. In 2016, she founded Kuleana Care, based on her values of professionalism, fairness, and community. She is an ACE education provider, and in charge of Autism training for the Maui Police Department. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, traveling, yoga, and spending time with her family.
